CHI   ENERGY

I am so excited to share those new to Chi energy this magnificent way of breathing intention with life force energy into a beautifully made energy "ball", a chi ball.  When this is created, and with the focus on intention from the Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras, you can send positive intentions to anyone or anyplace.  Chi is an ancient Chinese method.  Learning Tai Chi or Qui Gong will aid in the breathing techniques and ensuring your chakras are as balanced and clean as possible.

A Little Chi History

Chi has been written about and studied for over ten thousand years, from China and Japan to India, the Hawaiian Islands and South America. Chi is the energy of life itself, recognized as the balance of Yin and Yang (male and female, positive and negative, electromagnetic energy), which flows through everything in creation. Chi is at the foundation of many health and fitness practices such as Massage, Yoga, Martial Arts, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Feng Shui, Acupuncture and Acupressure.

The energy of Chi emits vibrant, bright colors (the aura), a vibrational frequency, and a sound. When Chi becomes disturbed, stagnant, imbalanced or depleted, dis-ease and illness begin to take form - the aura becomes darker and discolored, personal frequency vibrates incorrectly, and the meridians (energy pathways - Chinese origin), and chakras (energy centers - Indian origin), within the body, become blocked.

Each organ represents specific actions and functions mentally and physically. Our internal clock directs us as to what time is best to eat, to sleep, to play, to engage in sports, to study, to create, to travel, to party, to have sex, even when to to take medication or to have chemo etc so that our Chi can be flowing freely, balanced and energized, thus enhancing our body, mind and spirit.

What is Chi Energy?

Chi is a Chinese word meaning life force energy (LFE), or life breath - also known as Ki, Qi or Prana. The Definition of Chi: "Theories of traditional Chinese medicine assert that the body has natural patterns of qi associated with it that circulate in channels called meridians, or energy pathways."

What is the flow of qi?

Qi literally translates as "breath", "air",  "life force", or "energy flow".

Is chi and prana the same thing?

The word "energy" is a translation of the Eastern words Chi (from Chinese), Ki (Japanese) or Prana (Indian). It is related, but not precisely the samething as the scientific concept of energy. The word as used in this context, is something that essentially should be felt.

What is Prana?

What is Prana Energy?

What is Ki Energy?

Ki energy is the unseen life force in your body and everywhere. It is a universal energy that penetrates everywhere uniting all the manifestations of the universe, visible or invisible. Mostly in Japan it is refered to as "Ki" , China it is refered to as "Chi" or "Qi" and in Sanskrit it is known as "Prana".

In very simple terms, these have a similarity which is life force energy - the energy behind your breath and movement - "natural energy", "life force", or "energy flow".

So what is a CHI "Package"?

also known as a Chi Ball of Energy

Energy + Intent + Release

Sounds easy, but can take a long time to master.  Your mind must be calm - no monkey mind! - your intention for what is requested for yourself or others, group, pet, nation, etc. is pure of heart to the intended. Through creation of energy into a "ball" or as I have been guided to say, "package" (similar to an envelope tied up with a ribbon for the receiver to accept, untie and receive), and your breath of intent, stated verbally or in one's mind, breathed into the "ball" or "package". This package is then released to be delivered to the Creator/Divine/Universal Consciousness on behalf of the intended receiver. When this package is released, or used for one's own healing, there are no expectations of a certain result.  It's intent is for the highest good and purpose of the individual, place, animal, etc.  A practitioner of Chi ball energy can also use this for his/her own self by the creation of the package and then placing it into one of the Chakra energy centers or areas of requested healing.

The "package" is created with a calm, relaxed mind and body with focused intent on the request. Over time, the "package" can be created more naturally, but this is not to be rushed at the beginning so as not to miss the process.

"Monkey" Mind - how to tame it!

Below is a video for a technique to help train a monkey mind during mediation.  Meditation is not easy for a lot of people to achieve, start with small amounts when you find 5, 10, 15 minutes to relax and just be in a quiet space.

I dedicate additional time prior to a session to prepare for the Chi energy package as well as during your session to create the space, "ball/package", specific for your request. Please do not expect drive through, immediate (though on occasion this certainly can happen), results, energy takes time and as in Reiki, I am a conduit, creating the energy and inserting the request to be delivered and it is always the intended's choice to accept it.  If you are the intended and you do not open yourself to receiving you can understand then why results may be slower or seemingly not happening.  Be open to the gift of your package without expectations of how it should work and discover/allow what happens.  Please contact me for pricing and to schedule this service.

If you are only wanting this service, please provide valid contact information; email, text number, etc. when placing your request.  If you are desiring more than 1 Chi package, please contact me to state how many and I will respond with pricing for the quantity requested and then you can decide how to proceed with your order.

The Definition of Chi:
"Theories of traditional Chinese medicine assert that the body has natural patterns of qi associated with it that circulate in channels called meridians in English. Symptoms of various illnesses are often seen as the product of disrupted or unbalanced qi movement through such channels (including blockages), deficiencies or imbalances of qi, in the various Zang Fu organs. Traditional Chinese Medicine seeks to relieve these imbalances by adjusting the flow of qi in the body using a variety of therapeutic techniques.'" - Wikipedia.

History:
Chi has been written about and studied for over ten thousand years, from China and Japan to India, the Hawaiian Islands and South America. Qualities:
The energy of Chi emits vibrant, bright colors (the aura), a vibrational frequency, and a sound. When Chi becomes disturbed, stagnant, imbalanced or depleted, dis-ease and illness begin to take form - the aura becomes darker and discolored, personal frequency vibrates incorrectly, and the meridians (energy pathways - Chinese origin), and chakras (energy centers - Indian origin), within the body, become blocked.  A simple exercise below can help in opening your hand chakras.

Utilizing your hand chakras!

These are secondary chakras, energy centers located in the palm of our hands are powerful tools of perception and healing.  They allow healing energy to flow both in and out and are associated with the act of giving and receiving. This is very beneficial before beginning any healing work with the hands to allow open energy flow.

Exercise: (This exercise can also be performed by Chakra and Reiki practioners/masters prior to performing a session with your client.)  Warm up that energy!

Bring your palms together touching each other and gently rub them together. After a few moments, slowly bring your hands a few inches apart rotating slightly back and forth one palm facing the other, imagining a glowing ball of energy emanating from your palms.
